Sarthak Dasgupta and Alok Batra have directed 200: Halla Ho Vikram. 200: Halla Ho is Alok Batra's first Film as a Bollywood Director. Sarthak Dasgupta has also written the Screenplay along with Gaurav Sharma.
Mehra and Siddharth Anand Kumar have produced the film under the banner Yoodly Films.
Sahil Khattar, Saloni Batra, and Flora Saini have played lead roles in the film. Upendra Limaye, Amol Palekar, Rinku Rajguru, Indraneil Sengupta, Navni Parihar, Manisha Suresh Chavan, Shweta Kharat, and Barun Sobti have played pivotal supporting roles.
200: Halla Ho is a story of Balli Chaudhary (Sahil Khattar) is a mobster. He and his goons have no fear of the law. They often take the law into their hands. They terrorize, rob, rape, and murder more than 300 families over fifteen (15) years.
Balli Chaudhari often rapes Dalit girls. He uses these rapes as a threat weapon and to humiliate the Dalit Community. Police arrest Balli many a time but fail to produce evidence against him. Balli skips form punishment every time due to the lack of witnesses against him. The police seem standing on the side of Balli.
However, the situation takes a dramatic U-Turn when he rapes an educated young Dalit girl Usha. She takes a firm stand against Balli and files an FIR against him.
Balli's good threats Usha but they failed to frighten the fearless girl. In the end, the goons kill Usha making the villagers agitated. They file forty (40) FIRs against Balli. However, justice seems far behind them. Aggrieved by the system, they decide to take the law into their hands.
