36 Farmhouse is a Hindi (Bollywood) Suspense Thriller film. It film premiered directly on the OTT platform ZEE5, on 21 January 2022.

36 Farmhouse is made under the banner of Zee Studios and Mukta Arts. Ram Ramesh Sharma is the Director of 36 Farmhouse.

It is the 2nd Bollywood directorial for Ram Ramesh Sharma. He earlier directed Kaafiron Ki Namaaz (2013), released in India in 2016.

Subhash Ghai has written the Story of 36 Farmhouse. He has also penned Lyrics and composed Music for 36 Farmhouse.

Flora Saini, Amol Parashar, Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalsekar, Vijay Raaz, and Barkha Singh have played pivotal roles in 36 Farmhouse.

Movie Plot

Three siblings, Raunak Singh (Vijay Raaz), Gajendra Singh (Raahul Singh), and Birendra Singh (Hetal Puniwala), live with their elderly mother  Padmini Raj Singh (Madhuri Bhatia). She inherits a huge wealth that she bequeaths in the name of Raunak (Vijay Raaz). Padmini does not give a single penny to her other two songs. She makes a Will so that both the song may not acquire wealth by any means.

Prateek Kakkar (Gaurav Ghatnekar), a lawyer, meets with  Raunak Singh and informs that her mother cannot bequeath all her wealth in his name without giving the share of the other two sons. Thus, the lawyer demands to meet the lady in this regard.

Raunak Singh (Vijay Raaz) beats the lawyer mercilessly until he dies. Raunak throws the body in a well in the compound of the Bungalow.

The birthday of Padmini Raj is approaching, and thus everyone is preparing for the grand party. In the meantime, Antara, a Costume Designer and the niece of Raunak Singh, comes to spend some time along with her assistant Harry (Amol Parashar). Coincidently, Jai Prakash (Sanjay Mishra), who works as a Chef in the same Bungalow, is the father of Harry.

The birthday party begins but the police land in search of the lawyer. What is the truth about the lawyer? Why did Raunak Singh kill him? Or something is hidden in the story? Film 36 Farmhouse replies to all these queries.
