Behzad Khambata is the director of A Thursday. He earlier directed a Thriller film Blank in 2019. Sunny Deol played the lead role in Blank.

Ronnie Screwvala and Premnath Rajagopalan are the joint producers of A Thursday. Kaizad Gherda has composed Music for A Thursday.

Movie Plot

Naina Jaiswal (Yami Gautam), works as a Play School in Colaba, India. She takes hostage of 16 students and calls the Police Station with some demands.

ACP Cathrine (Neha Dhupia) takes command of the case and asks for the demands. Naina demands to talk with another cop Javed Khan (Atul Kulkarni).

Javed Khan asks Naina about her demands, who seeks Rs. 5 Crore in one hour. Javed Khan agrees to her demand with the condition to leave the children. However, Naina clarifies that she would let only one child go.

Moreover, she demands to talk with the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India (Dimple Kapadia) or else she would kill children in alphabetical order after every one hour.
