Movie Plot
Akki (Aham Sharma) lives in Lucknow and wants to become an actor. However, Akki has to work in a Saree shop to repay the family debt.
Geetu (Rajni Katiyar) also wants to be an actress. A film director invites Geetu to Lucknow and tries to molest her. However, Geetu manages to flee and finds shelter with Chitra, one of his friends.
Looking for a financer
Akki wishes to make a marketing app like Amazon, but he does not have sufficient money to develop the app. On the other hand, Geetu wants to launch her clothing brand with a boutique chain. Thus, both need funds and are looking for a financer.
Failing to get the money they want, Akki and Geetu decide to con people by using their acting skills. They pose like a big bull and start cheating people for money.
Encounter of Akki and Geetu
Soon, Akki meets a financer Rajesh. The financer gets ready to give him money on the condition of stealing money from a dreaded criminal, Kabir Rana.
Rajesh throws a party where Akki meets Geetu. Soon, they become close but don't reveal their feelings. Instead, they both try to dupe each other by pretending to be rich.
In the meantime, Akki and his friends execute a plan to steal the money belonging to Kabir Rana.
What happens next? Can Akki steal the money? What happens to the hidden feelings of Akki and Geetu for each other? The film Acting Ka Bhoot gives replies to all such queries.
