Movie Plot
Vishal (Irrfan Khan) arrives in Mumbai with a dream to become an actor. However, he does not find the desired success and becomes limited to trifle roles. Thus, it is hardly possible for Vishal to sustain.
Soon Vishal learns about earning easy money with having fun. He gets tempted and changes his line of business. Vishal soon becomes popular, and his fame grows continuously. However, the fame brings some ostracize for Vishal and his family.
Circumstances go against Vishal, and the school authorities expel his children from school. Vishal's wife, (Mahima Chaudhry), faces the harsh judgment of those around her, tormented by her husband's actions.
Twist in the story
Vishal's wife and children cannot bear the circumstances and take their own lives.
The death of his wife and children gives Vishal a last attempt to change his ways. He asks his partner Aryan (Aryan Vaid) to leave the business, but Aryan is not ready to nod.
When Aryan's wife discovers the truth, she refuses to accept a life built on wealth at the expense of loyalty and love. Overwhelmed by the consequences, Aryan's wife also commits suicide.
Left alone, Aryan succumbs to illness and lives in paralysis until his ultimate demise. On his deathbed, Vishal realizes that life has no rewind button and that fast money never comes without a price.
