Bhave (Vipin Sharma) is a corrupt politician who deals in real estate and the black marketing of diamonds. He is a business contact of the don Sultan (Amol Kale).
All three (Mehmood, Das, and Sultan) try to induce Sanya into their emotional, sexual and financial high. Sanya's acts continue to spare that little time and space for herself where she can be herself.
Film Black Bud depicts the consequences and the clash among all four due to their desires. A series of events happen that ultimately leads to the death of the artist (Atul Kulkarni), the disappearance of the don (Atul Kale), and the arrest of the crook (Das). Sanya decides to go into hibernation only to restart and fulfill all her desires.
