Movie Plot

Madho (Vivaan Shah) is a resident of a small village in Bihar, India. He lives with his father (Sanjay Mishra) and mother (Sonal Jha). They belong to a lower caste community and thus face the illegal practice of untouchability.

Madho loves a village girl Saanchi (Pooja Pandey), who belongs to an upper caste. However, Saanchi often insults Madho for being an ordinary man from a lower caste community.

Once, Madho sees a man of a higher caste wearing a coat. He now wants to buy a coat to compete with upper-class society. However, Madho has no money, and his father thrashes him for dreaming like upper-caste people.

Madho decides to purchase an American coat that costs around 1 Lakh Indian rupees. He plans to start a business, and soon lower-caste village people are inclined to join him.

However, the so-called upper-class community can not tolerate a man from a lower caste trying to compete with them. What happens is the rest of the story of Coat.
