Movie Plot
Riya (Smita Gondkar), Shriya Jog (Veena Jagtap), and Rahul Kamat (Chirag Patil) are college friends and form a close-knit group of friends.
These friends have been inseparable for years, but as they navigate the ups and downs of life, they discover love and romance blooming within their circle.
Rahul loves Shriya, and everyone in the college, except Shriya, knows about the one-sided love story. On the other hand, Shriya considers Rahul a good friend only and is unaware of his love for her.
A twist in the story
Soon, Shriya falls in love with Aditya Sabnis (Kashyap Parulekar), a new entry into the college. However, a problem ensues when Riya also falls for Aditya simultaneously.
Aditya reciprocates Shriya's love, and they decide to tie the knot. After their wedding, they embark on their honeymoon in Goa, staying at a hotel owned by Rahul. Tragically, someone kills both Aditya and Shriya in their hotel room.
A shocking event
The murder mystery of Aditya and Shriya remains unsolved. After some time, it is the anniversary celebration of Rahul's hotel.
The situation gets a U-turn when Michael Braganza (Vidyadhar Joshi), the party organizer, enters the venue accompanied by his daughter Saniya, who looks like Shriya.
Who is Saniya? Is Shriya alive and returns as Saniya? If yes, what is the backstory? If Saniya is not Shriya -then who killed Shriya and Aditya, and why? The film Dil Dosti Deewangi gives replies to all such queries.
