Suraj (Sunny Deol) and Sapna (Mainisha Koirala) belongs to rival families. Yet they fall in love with  each other.   Suraj's elder brother Jai Singh (Jackie Shroff) tries to settle the issue with Sapna's Brother Oberoi (Anupam Kher) but all in vain.  The relationship between Suraj and Sapna leads to bloodshed.
