Gajaana is an Indian Tamil -language ( Adventure , Fantasy ,and Supernatural Thriller ) film released in cinemas on 09 May 2025.

The Tamil-language film "Gajaana" received its CBFC certificate (No. DIL/6/5/2024-Che) on 12 November 2024, with an initial runtime of 109 Minutes and 06 Seconds , accompanied by a UA 13 rating. In a notable update, a revised certificate was issued on 09 April 2025, reflecting a slight reduction in runtime to 109 Minutes and 30 Seconds and a change in rating to UA 13+ .

Movie Plot

Hema, a curious young woman, visits writer Manjeri Kesavan after reading his powerful writings on history. But both Hema and Kesavan are hiding their true identity.

During their meeting, Kesavan tells Hema a strange and thrilling story. It is about a man named Nandhivarman who went deep into the Nagamalai forest in search of the precious Naaga stones.

But something is wrong with that forest. Many people who went there for the stones either died in strange ways or lost their minds. Eventually, Hema, along with a group of greedy individuals, enters the Nagamalai forest to pursue their own gain. But strange things start to happen. One by one, they begin to die in mysterious ways.

They soon realise that something supernatural is inside the forest. Now they must find the truth and try to escape. 

So what happened to Nandhivarman? Will they come out alive, or will the forest keep its secrets forever?
