Bharat Shastri (Aashiesh Sharma) represents a typical Hindu boy of central/Northern India who knows Sanskrit shlokas and Vedas. He is a proud Hindu and studies at Uttarakhand's famous University.
Bharat is in the process of discovering Hindutva through various characters around him like his father (Anup Jalota), a pandit and a temple priest, his Guru Maa (Deepika Chikhlia), and a right-wing politician Bhalerao (Govind Namdeo).
Sapna Gupta (Sonarika Bhadoria) has recently shifted to India from Britain and joined the University. Sameer Siddique (Ankit Raaj), a popular student. He poses to be a leftist, one who is fighting to protect his community.
Sameer Siddiqui is a Muslim student but loves Sapna, a Hindu girl. Sapna also loves Sameer's dynamism and leadership in the University. However, Sapna's parents like Bharat.
Bharat and Sameer studies at the same University and are childhood friends. However, their individual ideology has divided them into two groups. A Hindu versus Muslim contest begins in the University, and Balerao (Govind Namdeo) pushes Bharat to contest the University elections and fight against Sameer Siddique. But Bharat has to keep fighting to prove to the world that the true meaning of HINDUTVA is Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam.
What happens next? Will Sapna marry Sameer? Will Bharat stop Sameer and Sapna from being marred because of their different religions?
