Sailesh Kolandu, who directed Hit (Telugu Film-2020), has also directed Hit the First Case. He is also the director of the upcoming Telugu film Hit: The 2nd Case.

Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, and Kuldeep Rathore are the producer of Hit the First Case.

Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra are playing lead roles in the film.

Movie Plot

Rajkummar Rao is a police officer. He is intelligent and solves each case by observing every detail of the case. He is in love with Sanya Malhotra, who is one of his forensic teammates.

Rajkummar Rao takes a leave of six months to recover from his physical and mental health. In the meantime, his lover Sanya gets missing.

He resumes his duties and requests his senior to hand over the case of his missing lover. However, the case has already been assigned to some other officers.

What he does and whether he can trace his lover is the rest of the story.
