Jeewan Jyoti is an Indian Hindi -language ( Drama ) film released in cinemas in 1953.
Shammi (Shammi Kapoor) and Kishori (Chand Usmani) fall in love and start living a happy life together. However, their happiness is short-lived as they begin to have differences in their beliefs and opinions.
The couple is blessed with a baby boy, but even this does not resolve their issues. Eventually, Kishori moves in with her father, Dinanath (Moni Chatterjee), while Shammi stays with his mother, Ganga (Leela Mishra), who takes care of the baby.
Fate takes a turn when Kishori becomes seriously ill with a condition that can only be cured if her baby is with her at all times.
