Jolly LLB 3 is an upcoming Hindi (Bollywood) Comedy film expected to be released on 25 December 2023. However, the makers have not announced any release date yet.

Jolly LLB 3 is the third installment of the Jolly LLB Franchise. The first film of the franchise was released in 2013. Arshad Warsi played the lead character of Advocate Jagdish Tyagi (Jolly).

The tentative budget of Jolly LLB (2013) was merely 10 Crore INR. The film earned approximately 37 Crore INR at Box Office. The success of  Jolly LLB encouraged the makers to make the 2nd part of the Jolly LLB franchise.

Jolly LLB 2 (2nd film of the Jolly LLB franchise) was released in 2017. This time Akshay Kumar played the lead character of Advocate Jagdishwar Mishra (Jolly).

Subhash Kapoor, who directed Jolly LLB and Jolly LLB 2, is the director of Jolly LLB 3. Fox Star Studio is the Producer of Jolly LLB 3 too.

Cast

Arshad Warsi played the lead role of Jolly in Jolly LLB, whereas Akshay Kumar played the lead character of Jolly in Jolly LLB 2. Both these Jollys feature in Jolly LLB 3 and pit against each other as advocates.

Justice Sunderlal Tripathi (played by Saurabh Shukla ) is the character with whom the Jolly LLB franchise seems incomplete. After Jolly LLB and Jolly LLB 2, Saurabh Shukla reprise his character in Jolly LLB 3.

Movie Plot

The jolly LLB franchise depicts the story of an advocate who fights for justice against all odds.

Advocate Jagdish Tyagi (Jolly) [played by Arshad Warsi in Jolly LLB] is a Delhi-based advocate. On the other hand, Advocate Jagdishwar Mishra (Jolly) is a Lucknow-based advocate.

The common factor between both films was the character of the judge, Justice Sunderlal Tripathi[played by Saurabh Shukla]. In Jolly LLB, when Justice Sunderlal Tripathi first sees Jolly (Akshay Kumar), he remarks that he knows a lawyer with the same name.

Thus, in Jolly LLB 3, both the Jollys fight it out in the court of  Justice Sunderlal Tripathi (Saurabh Shukla) being the judge.
