Josef is sent to Dehradun to complete his studies and to take up vocational training as a cook.
The story travels over 20 years, from the 1960s to the 1980s. Josef (Subrat Dutta) completes and returns with renown as a talented cook. However, he becomes an alcoholic and tries to find his mother. Despite many attempts to help him, he starts spiraling into his forsakenness.
