Movie Plot

Father O'Hara (Victor Banerjee) is a missionary doctor who serves the poor and destitute at a small local hospital.

Father O'Hara adopts an orphan Josef and raises him with the help of Maularam (Sudarshan Juyal), the caretaker of the Father.

Josef is sent to Dehradun to complete his studies and to take up vocational training as a cook.

The story travels over 20 years, from the 1960s to the 1980s. Josef (Subrat Dutta) completes and returns with renown as a talented cook. However, he becomes an alcoholic and tries to find his mother. Despite many attempts to help him, he starts spiraling into his forsakenness.
