Juni-The Last Prayer is a Hindi Drama film initially released on 8 April 2022 in Delhi-U.P. and East Punjabreleased. The film was released all over India on 8 July 2022 theatrically.

Movie Plot 

Juni-The Last Prayer explores human behavior about myths around God, religion, and spirituality. The film shows the harsh reality of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and its impact on a man when he faces trial in a false case under section 498A.

The story of Juni-The Last Player revolves around the central character played by Anurag Sharma. He is a young entrepreneur facing domestic and business issues simultaneously. These problems turn him from a God-fearing religious man to an atheist in life. Can he overcome them, is the rest of the story.

Juni-The Last Player Story

Juni (Anurag Sharma) has blind faith in God. When he breaks off with his girlfriend, he takes it as God’s wish and moves ahead. After some time then falls in love with a girl, Naina (Manisha Rathore), who also falls for him. In the end, Juni and Naina get married.

In the meantime, Juni starts a business and becomes a successful businessman. However, adversity strikes and his business starts failing. In the time of his need, Naina not only deserts him but also files a false case under section 498A Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Section 498A under IPC deals with dowry and harassment etc. Thus,  Juni and his family members get arrested. The reputation of Juny is ruined due to his arrest.

It makes his faith in God shattered, and he becomes an atheist. What happens after that is the crux of the story of Juni-The Last Prayer?
