Movie Plot
Moorkan (Arulnithi Tamilarasu) is a young man who lives in a small village in Ramanathapuram district. Moorkan is a kind and gentle soul but is also very rude.
Bhoominathan (Santhosh Prathap) is a friend of Moorkan and belongs to a different caste. However, Bhoominathan is quiet and does not act rudely like Moorkan.
Bhoominathan saved the life of Moorkan during school days. Thus Moorkan owes his life to Bhoominathan. However, Moorkan's appa does not like Bhoominathan due to caste discrimination.
District Sectreaty of caste party (Rajasimman) arranges a public gathering to prove his influence. He distributed big posters to aware people around him. However, Bhoominathan tears one such banner.
Twist in the story
After a few days, someone kills Bhoominathan, and Moorkan becomes the primary suspect. The police are after Moorkan, who vows to find the killer and avenge the death of Bhoominathan. What happens next is the rest of the story of Kazhuvethi Moorkan.
