A new Police Officer, Shahul Hassan (Prasanna), takes charge of the area. Upon his arrival, he clashes with Kannan and endures humiliation from him and his gang. Seeking retaliation, Shahul devises an unconventional plan.
Shahul Hassan decides to bring back Raju (Dulquer Salman), an infamous criminal who once ruled over Kotha and whose gang once included Kannan.
Raju and Kannan were once inseparable friends, but Raju left the town due to unfortunate events.
As the story unfolds, it delves into themes of revenge, sorrow, joy, and violent conflicts within this gang.
