Rajkumar (1964) is a Musical Romantic Hindi Movie released on 20 October, 1964. The movie was produced by G.N. Velumani and directed by K. Shankar. Story of Rajkumar (1964) was written by famous film director Manmohan Desai who later gave many superhit blockbuster movies like Sachaa Juhta (1970), Amar Akbar Anthony (1977) and Dharam Veer (1977). 

Rajkumar (1964) became a Blockbuster by earning Rs. 3 Cror and also became the fifth Highest Grossing Bollywood Movies of the year 1964 after Sangam, Ayee Milan Ki Bela, Dosti and Ziddi (1964). 

Shankar-Jaikishan composed music for Rajkumar (1964) and produced some memorable songs like Jaanewale Zara Hoshiyar (Title Track), Is Rang Badalti Duniya Mein, Tumne Pukara Aur Ham Chale Aaye, Tumne Kisi Ki Jaan Ko and Aaja Aayi Bahaar.   

Rajkumar (1964) Movie Plot: Prince Bhanu Pratap (Shammi Kapoor) returns from foreign and expected to be crowned as the king by his king father (Raja) who has remarried to a young lady Kalavanti (  ) whose brother Narpat Singh (Pran) who wants to grab the throne and does not wish prince Bhanu Pratap to become the king. Bhanu Pratap gets tip for the web of deceits laid by Napat and he started behaving like a fool and his father decides not to make him the king. However, Bhanup Pratap is accused of a murder and has to flee from the palace. He meets with a lively pretty girl Sangeeta (Sadhana) and disguises himself as Bharat Ram without knowing that Sangeeta is the girl whose father is killed and he is made accused of the same.  

Narpat soon comes to know about Bhanu and informs Sangeeta that Bharat Ram is the real killer. Bhanu alias Bharat Ram is ordered to be killed with a bow and arrow by Sangeeta. But she comes to know that Bhanu and Bharat Ram is same person. She is in dilemma either to kill the killer of her father or to save her love interest.
