Movie Plot

Raakshasa Kaavyam narrates about the mythological characters Jaya and Vijaya, born as Ajay-Vijay in a slum of Hyderabad city.

Kausalya, the mother, teaches Ajay that education can help escape poverty. However, Ajay's father, Bhikshapati, forces him into the begging mafia and eventually shows him the world of criminal activities.

A holy soul

The grown-up Ajay decides to fight child labour and crime in the slum by using illegal means to fund the education of underprivileged children. He also plans to eliminate the people behind child labour.

A parallel story

On the other hand, Vijay, the younger brother, loves movies and starts copying film heroes. But people in the slum ridicule him.

Feeling hurt, Vijay changes his focus and sympathizes with the movie villains. He dreams of making a film where villains are the main characters, wanting to show - villains are real people.

To fund his dream, Vijay turns to contract killing. One night, a student named Chaitanya gets caught up in their world, becoming part of their criminal activities.
