Beast is a Tamil language Action film released on 13 April 2023 worldwide theatrically. The Hindi dubbed version of Beast is named "Raw" was also released on 13 April 2022.

Cast & Crew

Earlier, A. R. Murugadoss was supposed to be the writer and director of the film. However, the producers replaced him with Nelson Dilipkumar in October 2020. Afterward, Nelson wrote a new script for Beast. Nelson is also the Director of Beast.

Kalanithi Maran is the Producer, whereas Anirudh Ravichander is the Music Director of Beast. Manoj Paramahamsa is the Cinematographer, and R. Nirmal is the Film Editor of Beast.

Vijay has played the lead role, whereas Pooja Hegde has played the female lead role in Beast. The film is Vijay's 65th film as a lead actor in Tamil Cinema. Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, Ankur Vikal, and Redin Kingsley have played supporting roles in Beast. 

Movie Plot

Terrorists hijack a Shopping Mall and keep people hostage. However, terrorists do not know that Veer Raghav (Vijay) is one of the Best and the Most Notorious Spy in India, also in the Shopping Mall.

Veer starts his work to free the hostages. However, a dirty political game also stats simultaneously. Will Veer be able to save the hostages?
