Movie Plot
The story takes place in the 1970s in a remote village called Pooncholakkadavu in Palakkad.
There's a guy named Saseendran, also known as Sasi (Shaheen Siddique), who is from a lower caste and lives in the village. He gives lessons to kids but has a tough life.
One day, he gets a job offer from Sudhakaran (Ashwin Kumar), who runs a coaching center called Harisree Tutorial College. The offer is to teach English at his center.
Sudhakaran is having problems because another college, Excellence Tutorial College, owned by Sundara Panicker (Balaji Sharma), is getting better results in the SSLC exams (a high school exam).
Sasi is happy about the job offer. But he's also being bothered by a man named Paramu Asan (R S Vimal), who lent him money before.
Paramu is a treacherous man with greedy intentions in that village, and he threatens people with dire consequences if they don't repay the money in time.
Sakunthala's Arrival and Feelings
A pretty woman named Sakunthala (Neha Salam) starts working at Harisree Tutorial College as a math teacher and falls for Sasi. At first, Sasi tells her not to, but eventually, he starts having feelings for her too.
One day, because of some trouble at the other college, Sasi leaves the village and goes to the Gulf region.
Sakunthala's mother, Savithri (Sindhu Varma), scolds her for keeping in touch with Sasi. However, Sasi returns to the village with specific plans and surprises those who conspire against him.
