Circumstances compel the actor to approach the MVI to issue a driving license at the earliest by taking illicit means. However, the information gets leaked, and the media spreads the misinformation that the big celebrity does not have a valid driving license to date.
Moreover, the MVI tells the truth in front of the media persons. Thus the reputation of the star actor gets damaged, and a conflict arises between the actor and the MVI.
An inquiry is conducted, but the actor gets clean chit in the absence of conclusive evidence against his malpractice. It makes the MVI agitated, and he starts a Satyagrah in front of the actor's house.
Ultimately the actor gets ready for a driving test in public. But the tragedy is that the MVI is the person who takes the actor's driving test, and he is not going to pass the test at any cost.
