The Supreme Khiladi is the Hindi dubbed version of the 2016 Telugu Action-Romance-Comedy film Supreme.
Released on 5 May 2016, Supreme was commercially successful at the box office. The tentative budget for the film was 15 Crore. The film earned approximately 44 Crore INR (Gross) at the Worldwide Box Office.
Supreme became a commercial success in theaters. Later, Aditya Movies uploaded Supreme Khiladi, the dubbed Hindi version of the Telugu film Supreme, on their YouTube Channel on 25 January 2017. The Hindi dubbed version became immensely popular, and the film became one of the Most Viewed Hindi Dubbed Movies on YouTube.
Sai Dharam Tej and Raashi Khanna played the lead roles in Supreme Khiladi, the Hindi dubbed version of the Telugu film Supreme.

The royal dynasty in Ananthapur founded Jagruthi Foundation, having thousands of acres of land for various social services activities, etc. Narayan Rao (Sai Kumar) is a trustworthy trusty of the Jagruthi Foundation who looks after the trust.
Vikram Sarkar (Kabir Duhan Singh), an industrialist and a mafia don, wants to grab the entire land around the foundation. When Narayan Rao refuses to give him the property, Vikram Sarkar prepares fake papers.
Narayan Rao files a court case, but the verdict goes in favour of Vikram Sarkar because Narayan Rao does not have the original documents of the property.
Narayan Rao believes that the present legal heir of the royal dynasty must have the original documents of the property. He seeks some time, and the court grants him 30 days to produce the original documents.
Narayana Rao starts searching for the legal heir of the royal dynasty. On the other hand, Vikram Sarkar hires a goon Beeku (Ravi Kishan), for the very purpose.
Narayana Rao learns that Raja Rao (Shiju), the third generation of the royal dynasty, lives in the United Kingdom. Narayan Rao calls him and asks for the original documents.
Raja Rao has the original documents and promises to visit India to hand over the same. However, Raja Ram and his family die in a car accident, and the property documents are missing.
Balu (Sai Dharam Tej) is an angry young man, a taxi driver in Hyderabad, and lives with his father, Nagaraju (Rajendra Prasad).
Balu falls in love with a lady Sub Inspector of Police Sridevi (Raashi Khanna). Soon Balu meets an orphan kid Rajan (Mikhail Gandhi). Balu brings Rajan to his home and soon becomes emotionally attached to him.
Beeku (Ravi Kishan), who is searching for the legal heir of the royal dynasty, kidnaps Rajan. Balu's attempt to save Rajan goes in vain. In the meantime, Narayan Rao (Sai Kumar) reaches Hyderabad, witnesses the kidnap of Rajan, and tells the entire story to Balu.
Narayan Rao informs that Rajan is the son of Rama Rao, who survived the car accident and is the last legal heir of the royal dynasty. Balu promises to bring Rajan before the date of the hearing in the court. However, it is not as easy as it seems.
