A young boy whose mother works as a prostitute runs away from home. On a parallel track, a girl whose stepfather wants to molest her also flees from her home. They meet on a fateful night and instantly develop a deep bond.
The young girl manages food for the boy, and the boy starts treating her like his mother. One day while working as a labour, some people utter bad words about the girl. The boy beats them badly, thirty in number. When police interfere, the boy states he will not spare anyone who troubles his mother.
When the police officer (Sanjay Raichur) asks his name, the boy christens himself to Tees Maar Khan (one who kills thirty). After hearing the story of those kids, a lonely police constable (Meka Rama Krishna) adopts the homeless kids, and they become one family.
The accepted mother, alias grown-up Vasu (Poorna), marries Chakri (Sunil). Tees Maar Khan (Aadi Saikumar) grows into a strong youngster, runs a gym, does minor settlements in his area, and lives with his accepted mother. One day while dancing during a religious festival, he witnesses Anaga (Payal Rajput) mimicking his dance steps and falls for her.
Tees Maar Khan gets admission to the same college as Anaga. He tells Vasu and Chakri about Anaga. Vasu meets Anaga and tells him about her relationship with Tees Maar Khan. Soon Anaga falls for Tees Maar Khan. In the meantime, Vasu gets pregnant.
People in the city seek help from Gija (Thakur Anoop Singh), a dreaded gangster, and Qasim, the right-hand man of Gija. The Home Minister Ranga Rajan (Srikanth Iyengar), asks the police department to stop Gija. However, the police department is afraid of Gija and treats him like a reincarnation of a monster.
The Home Minister prepares a plan against Gija but meets with a planned road accident. Drunked Tees Maar Khan sees the injured minister and takes him to the hospital. The Home Minister gives a vote of thanks and asks him to come whenever he is in need.
Some young goons destroy the Gym owned by Tees Maar Khan and beat pregnant Vasu and Anaga due to some settlement clash. Qasim, the right-hand man of Gija, calls Tees Maar Khan, supports those young goons, and asks him to forget the matter.
Tees Maar Khan beats Qasim and those young guys. When Gija learns about it, he takes the help of a local police officer (Aziz Naser), who arrests Tees Maar Khan and beats him brutely in the police station. Gija visits the police station and threatens Tees Maar Khan.
When Tees Maar Khan reaches home, he finds Vasu (his accepted mother) dead. Chakri (Sunil) informs that some goons came and killed Vasu. Tees Maar Khan believes that it is Gija who killed Vasu. He fights with Gija but loses helplessly.
Tees Maar Khan seeks the help of the Home Minister (Srikanth Iyengar), who is in search of a strong man who can stand up against Gija. The Home Minister recommends Tees Maar Khan for the police department, and soon Tees Maar Khan becomes a Sub Inspector of police.
Tees Maar Khan makes a plan, kills Qasim with his own goons, and compels them to take the name of Gija. Later Gija kidnaps Anaga (Payal Rajput). A fight ensues between Tees Maar Khan and Gija, and Tees Maar Khan shoots Gija to die. However, before taking his last breath, Gija states he has not killed Vasu.
Tees Maar Khan sees the CCTV footage of nearby cameras and learns that no one came into his house except Chakri. When questioned, Chakri accepts that he has killed Vasu because he doubt their relationship and got 10 million rupees from an unknown person. Tees Maar Khan kills Chakri, but he does not know who is behind the murder of Vasu.
The Home Minister is happy that Gija has died, but his happiness is short-lived when Talvar (Kabir Duhan Singh), Gija's elder brother, enters the city to avenge his brother's death.
Who gave money to Chakri to kill Vasu, and why? How does Tees Maar Khan know about the mastermind? What happens to Talvar? The film Tees Maar Khan gives replies to all such queries.
