Sarvesh Mewara is the Writer-Director of Tejas and has made his Bollywood directorial debut. He earlier directed a short film 'The Girl & the Autorickshaw' in 2012.
Ronnie Screwvala is the Producer, and Hari K. Vedantamis the Cinematographer of Tejas.

Kangana Ranaut has played the lead role in Tejas. Anshul Chauhan and Varun Mitra have played pivotal roles. Sankalp Gupta and Ozgur Kurt have played supporting roles.
Movie Plot
In 2016 the Indian Air Force became the first Defence Force of India to induct women in combat roles. The film takes inspiration from the landmark event of the Indian Air Force.
The film depicts the story of Tejas (Kangna Ranaut), who wants to become a fighter pilot. However, society including, her family members, thinks that a girl cannot be a fighter pilot.
Tejas narrates the story of the daring and fierce girl who became the fighter pilot against all odds. The film also shows some of the most challenging combat operations of the Indian Air Force. These missions were meant for the safety of our country.
The movie will also take the audience through some of the most challenging combat missions IAF forces undertook in their effort to keep our country safe.
