The Archies is an upcoming Netflix Hindi (Bollywood) film. The tentative release date of the film is 30 April 2023. However, the makers have not announced any official release date yet.

Cast & Crew

Zoya Akhtar is the Director and one of the Producers & Writers of The Archies. Reema Kagti is one of the other Producers and one of the writers of The Archies.

Sharad Devarajan and Jon Goldwater are the other Producers.

Nikos Andritsakis is the Director of Photography.

Cast

Debutants Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, and Khushi Kapoor are in the lead roles in The Archies. All three lead characters need no introduction because they belong to the respected film families of Bollywood.

Agastya Nanda is the son of Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Nanda (daughter of Amitabh Bachchan).

Suhana Khan is the daughter of Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh. , often known as King Khan. She is essaying the character of Veronica Cecilia Lodge, one of the main characters in the Archie Comics franchise.

Khushi Kapoor is the daughter of Producer-Director Boney Kapoor and actress Late Sridevi.

Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Vedang Raina, and Yuvraj Menda are in pivotal roles supporting roles in The Archies.

Movie Plot

The film is an Indian adaptation of the Archie Comics and a musical one set in the 60s.

Production

Netflix officially announced The Archies on 14 May 2022 through a Teaser. However, the shooting of the film began on 18 April 2022.
