There is a tree on a college campus called the Virgin Tree. Students believe it helps them find true love. But suddenly, strange things started happening, and some students even died.
The college calls Baba (Sanjay Dutt) a man who can fight ghosts. In the meantime, Shantanu (Sunny Singh) wishes for his lost love, Ananya (Palak Tiwari), to return. But instead, he wakes up the ghost of Karishma (Mouni Roy), a girl whose love never returned.
At first, Shantanu thinks Karishma is a beautiful girl, but soon, he realizes she’s a dangerous spirit. The ghost now also wants to harm Ananya, Shantanu’s true love.
How Baba saves them from Karishma’s ghost makes the rest of the story.
