Movie Plot
The film The Purvanchal Files narrates the story of an honest and upright police officer, Ritesh Pandey. He gets transferred to Ghazipur to eradicate the corrupt and tyrant MLA, Abhisar Rana (Govind Namdev), and his son Inder (Heramb Tripathi).
The father-son duo is dangerous and cruel, who grabs lands from innocent people and then kills them. Ritesh Pandey learns about it and vows to punish the politician and his son. Vijay, an honest police officer, supports Ritesh in his mission.
In the meantime, Ritesh meets Ragini, a reporter. They fall in love and later get married. However, the corrupt politician and his son discover Ragini as a weakness of Ritesh and plan accordingly.
