Movie Plot
Ullas (Shane Nigam), a police officer, gets a new job in a police control room. He soon realizes that many people make fake calls, making it tough to identify the real ones. He even gets suspended for one such mistake. However, he later discovers that senior inspector Mallikarjunan was behind the issue and framed him deliberately.
However, the duty of the police control room is a challenging job that requires constant learning to make the difference between fake and genuine phone calls.
One time, a caller reports a crime at an old building. The senior police officer thinks it's a fake call. However, the Ullas strongly believe the caller is telling the truth.
Little does he know this call will change his life completely. What comes next is the rest of the story of "Vela."
