Vivah (2006) Movie Synopsis
Vivah (2006) is a Bollywood Romantic Movie released on 10 November, 2006. The movie was produced by Rajshri Production and written & directed by Sooraj Barjatya. Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao played the lead role in the movie. The movie was a great commercial success and remained in the Top 10 Highest Grossing Bollywood Movies of 2006.
Movie Plot: Poonam (Amrita Rao) is a very pretty marriageable girl. She was proposed to marry with Prem (Shahid Kapoor), son of a millionaire Harishchandra (Anupam Kher). Prem earlier reluctant to marry anyone due to his focus on his career final impressed by simplicity of Poonam and decides to marry her. Their engagement is also made. But just a few days before a Fire is broke out in the house of Poonam and she is burnt very badly and doctors deny her revival.
