Takht (2021) Release Date Anounced

Karan Johar is all set to his new directorial movie Takht scheduled to be released on Chirstmas 2021 i.e. December 24, 2021. The movie is being produced by Hiroo Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Sandeep Sharma. Ace music director A.R. Rehman has been assigned the work of music direction. The movie will be a historical one. Takht will be a multistarrer movie and big stars like Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Jahnvi Kapoor

As per information gathered Anil Kapoor plays Shahjahaan, Vicky Kaushal plays the character of last Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and dashing Ranveer Singh would play Dara, the elder brother of Aurangzeb. Takht is a period drama set in the period of Mughal Era and depicts the story of two borthers Aurangzeb and Dara who always stand opposite each other. The movie is announced to be released on Christmas 2021, December 24.
