Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments made to Bollywood Product are non-refundable. This includes payments made for subscriptions, memberships, listings, promotions, advertising, or any other paid services.
Payments made are strictly for platform services and features access. Payments do not guarantee audits, selection calls, employment, callbacks, or business leads.
In case of verified duplicate transactions caused by technical errors, eligible refunds will be reviewed and reversed through our original payment channel partner.
Users may cancel future subscription billing models. Cancellation does not entitle users to prorated refunds for the remaining active billing period.
