Recruiters, hirers, agencies, production houses, and employers must provide accurate and lawful opportunity details.
They shall not post misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or harmful listings.
Bollywood Product reserves the right to remove, reject, suspend, or block any listing or account without prior notice.
Certain services may be paid services, including subscriptions, premium access, listings, promotions, advertising, or other platform services.
All fees, if applicable, shall be communicated clearly before payment.
Unless otherwise stated, fees paid to Bollywood Product are non refundable and relate only to platform services.
Payment of fees does not guarantee auditions, callbacks, hiring, projects, selection, or work opportunities.
Bollywood Product acts only as a platform and is not a party to agreements, negotiations, hiring decisions, contracts, or transactions between users and third parties.
Any communication, agreement, payment, dispute, or transaction between users and third parties is solely their responsibility.
All content, branding, logos, text, design, platform structure, software, and related materials on this platform are owned by or licensed to Bollywood Product unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
Bollywood Product shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial damages arising from use or inability to use this platform.
This includes losses arising from fraud, disputes, failed opportunities, rejection, cancellation, delays, data issues, or third party conduct.
