Saaya (2003) is a Romantic Thriller Bollywood Movie released on 4 July, 200 starring John Abrahem, Tara Sharma and Mahima Chaudhary in lead roles. The movie was produced by Mahesh Bhatt and directed by Anurag Basu. The movie was written by Amol Shetge who earlier directed a thriller movie Gunaah (2002).Â
Movie Plot:Â Akash (John Abrahem) and Maya (Tara Sharma) are doctors and happily married. Malaria breaks out in the India and Maya rushes over to help people ever after having a matured pregnancy. While on noble job, a bus crashes and drowns in heavy water; unfortunately Maya was also in the bus.Â
Devastated Akash still believes that Maya has not died and keeps on searching for her. Akash also surrounded by paranormal activities and Tanya, a friend of Maya, comes forward to help Akash. She brings Akash to Sister Martha (Zohra Segal) so that he can be healed from the paranormal activities. But there is something strange which is appealing Akash towards Maya.Â
