The film Single features Prathamesh Parab, Abhinay Berde, Prajakta Gaikwad, Rajeshwari Kharat, Suresh Vishwakarma, Ramesh Pardeshi, Shital Dhekale, Tanmay Patekar, Sanika Kashikar, Sushant Divekar, and many others.
Rahul (Prathamesh Parab) and Abhinay (Abhinay Berde) are college friends. Rahul loves Rani (Rajeshwari Kharat), who was once in love with Abhinay, cheated on him, and destroyed their relationship.
Thus, Rahul starts thinking in a negative way about love and makes a group called SINGLE. He also wants Abhinay to be safe in a relationship with a girl.
Soon, Abhinay falls in love with Amruta (Prajakta Gaikwad), the daughter of the college principal. When the father learns about the love affair of his daughter, he plans to send Prajakta to study out of India.
Knowing about the decision of Prajakta's father, the friends plan the marriage of Abhinay in the hostel itself. However, in the meantime, Rahul breaks up his friendship with Abhinay for not being a member of the SINGLE community.
