The Contractor is English -language ( Action ) film released in cinemas on 10 July 2007.
James Dial is a former assassin who lives quietly in Montana after failing to kill the leader of a global terrorist group. The failure haunts him every day. One day, he is offered a chance to fix his old mistake because the same terrorist has been captured by the British government. Dial returns to the job, hoping to finally set things right.
But the mission goes wrong. He is suddenly framed for a murder he did not commit. Now he is forced to run through the streets of London while the police hunt him. He has no friends, no support, and no idea whom to trust.
His only help comes from a twelve-year-old girl who decides to stand by him. Together, they try to find proof of his innocence while dangerous enemies close in from every side.
