Suddenly, an Aghora (fearless Tantric) arrives when the mother is asleep. The Aghora reveals that one is nature and stillborn is a cataclysm of evil, like Lord Shiva.
Ramachandraiah hands over the stillborn child o the Aghora, who sends the stillborn son to Kaasi, where the stillborn child rises alive when placed at the sanctum. The child now raises under the protection of Aghhoras, and they call him Akhanda Rudra Sikandar (Nandamuri Balakrishna).
The story goes many years ahead. The younger one, Murali Krishna (Nandamuri Balakrishna in a double role), becomes popular among the villagers. Murali evolves like a justice, and village people admire him as a deity. He aims to eradicate factionalism so that the terrain flourishes from four sides.
Saranya Bachupally (Pragya Jaiswal) is a newly appointed District Magistrate (IAS) in the village of Murali Krishna. She misunderstands Murali initially. Hoewver, when she learns his ideolgoes, Saranya falls for Murali. They soon get married and are blessed with a baby girl.
In a parallel story, Antahpuram Varadarajulu (Meka Srikanth), a dreaded criminal, legally manages to extract uranium in a reversed forest by illegal means. Saranya (Pragya Jaiswal) smells a rat and directs her Principal Secretary, Padmavati (Poorna), to a secret inquiry.
After some time, multiple children in the region had strange maladies. Even the Doctors fail to detect the cause behind the disease. Padmavati informs that it could be the result of the extraction of uranium. Padmavati further adds that the region will become a graveyard if the work of extraction is continuous.
Varadarajulu (Meka Srikanth) ruses planting a bomb in the Hospital with the help of Gajendra Sahu. Several deaths are caused due to the bomb explosion, including Central Minister Bharath Reddy (Subbaraju).
Murali Krishna is framed, incriminated, and prisoned in the allegation of the explosion of the bomb in the hospital. Eventually, his daughter is also in the hospital when the bomb explodes.
Saranya (Pragya Jaiswal) rushes to the hospital after learning about the bomb explosion, followed by the arrest of Murali Krishna. However, the goons of Varadaraju attack her on the way. Saranya somehow hides her in an ancient cave, but the goons reach there too.
What happens next is the rest of the story of Akhanda.
