An Action Hero is a Hindi (Bollywood) Action, Comedy film released on 2 December 2022. The film presents Ayushmann Khurrana as an action hero for the first time.

Cast & Crew

Anirudh Iyer is the Director of An Action Hero and made his Bollywood debut as a film director. He is also the Co-Writer of the film with Neeraj Yadav.

Anirudh earlier worked as Assistant Director in the 2015 superhit film Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Aanand L. Rai have jointly produced Action Hero under their respective Banners.

Kaushal Shah is the Cinematographer, and Ninad Khanolkar is the Film Editor of An Action Hero.

Tanishk Baghchi, Biddu, Amar Jalal, and Faridkot are the Music Director, whereas Parag Chhabra is the Background Music Scorer. Vayu and  D'evil are the Lyricists in the film An Action Hero.

Movie Plot

Manav (Ayushmann Khurrana) is an Action Hero who visits Haryana for a film shoot. Vicky Solanki (Sumit Singh), the younger of a local politician Bhoora Solanki (Jaideep Ahlawat), comes to Manav and wants to click photographs with him. Since Manav is busy, he refuses to take pictures with Vicky. It enrages Vicky.

During the fight, Manav pushes Vicky which makes him fall down on the floor, and Vicky dies. Police are now after Manave thus he flees to London. On the other side, Bhoora Solanki wows to avenge his brother's death.

Vicky gets angry and starts fighting with Manav. He starts chasing Manav with death threats. A game of Cat and Mouse game begins.
