Dhruva and Sagar are close friends. Sagar is a petty criminal and makes money from small thefts. He loves Gowri.
Dhruva gets a jail punishment for someone else's mistake. It creates a distance between the two friends.
Dhruva gets released from jail. He witnesses some goon troubling a pretty girl Rashmi. He saves Rashmi and marries her without her consent.
Now the goons are after Dhruva. When the issue becomes big, a new police commissioner (Suman) takes charges in the city to eliminate the criminal activities and the criminals.
