A young, pretty, and independent girl, Anvitha (Anushka Shetty), is a perfect chef and runs a hotel. She believes that food is a science and not some magic. She instructs her fellow chefs that every ingredient used in food, texture, and flavour must be tasted and measured precisely before use. The chef lives with a loving and possessive mother (Jayasudha).
In a parallel story, Sidhu (Naveen Polishetty) is a Stand-up comedian who lives with his father (Murali Sharma) and mother (Tulasi). However, his father wants him to leave the Stand-up comedy and do any other job.
Sidhu can do comedy whenever there is an opportunity, which he thinks is his strength. On the contrary, he does comedy, irrespective of the situation, which is his weakness.
Soon, Sidhu and the chef fall in love. However, he does know that Anvitha is determined to become a mother without marriage and wants to use Sidhu as her partner for pregnancy only.
What happens when Sidhu learns about Anvitha's unconventional plan?
