Kunal Deshmukh has directed the film. It is the 4th film of Kunal as a director, and Emraan Hashmi is the lead actor in all these films.

He directed Emraan Hashmi in Jannat: In Search of Heaven (2008), Tum Mile (2009), and Jannat 2 (2012).

Siddharth Roy Kapur produced the film under the banners of UTV Motion Pictures.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed songs for Raja Natwarlal, and Sandeep Shirodkar has composed the background score.

Emraan Hashmi and Humaima Malik have played the lead roles in the film. Deepak Tijori, Prachi Desai, Paresh Rawal, and Kay Kay Menon have played pivotal roles in the film. Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub, Vishwanath Chatterjee, and Rohit Pathak have played supporting roles.

Movie Plot

Raja (Emraan Hashmi) is a small town con. Raghav (Deepak Tijori) is his partner in crime. Raghav is married to Prachi Desai. Raja is unmarried but loves Ziya (Humaima Malik), a bar dancer, and wishes to marry her.

Raja plans a big loot so that he can stop the illegal work for good. Both Raja and Raghav get successful in their plan and plunder a handsome amount.

The money belongs to Varda (Kay Kay Menon), who asks his conmen to kill the thieves. Raghav gets killed by the goons of Varda, and Raja witnesses the murder.

Raja wants to take avenge from Varda. However, he is not strong enough to do so. Raja now seeks the help of Yogi (Paresh Rawal) to take avenge from Varda.

Would Raja be able to avenge the death of his friend Raghav, is the rest of the story?
