Saaheb (1985) is a Romantic Drama Bollywood Movie released on Janyary 31, 1985 and directed by Anil Ganguli. The movie was remake of Bengali Movie Saheb (1981). Anil Kapoor, Amrita Singh, Utpal Dutt and Rakhee played the lead roles in the movie. One of the songs Yaar Bina Chain Kahaan Re is still very popular and has a new version, Arey Pyar Kar Le, in the Movie Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan (2020).
Movie Plot: The movie is about Saheb (Anil Kapoor) who does nothing except playing football and wish to make it as career. He has no value in the house as such he is considered for no good by everybody at home. But circumstances change dramatically and his sister need a Kidney. Saheb is the soft target to give one of his kidneys and if he does so his football career would be finished.
