Seenu (Ram Pothineni) loves fights since childhood. While others dream of becoming doctors or engineers, Seenu wants to become a rowdy like Manikyam (Pradeep Rawat), whom everyone fears.
With the help of Laddu, Seenu joins Manikyam's gang. Around this time, he falls in love with Subbalakshmi. To help her, he settles a land issue that involves Manikyam's gang. Seenu goes against Manikyam, becomes popular, and starts doing his own settlements.
Later, he agrees to help an industrialist whose land is taken by Yadav with Manikyam’s support. Seenu tries to stop Yadav but fails. His younger brother shoots Yadav instead.
Seenu requests peace talks, but Manikyam’s men kill his brother.
