The Body is an Indian Hindi-language ( Mystery Thriller ) film released in cinemas on 13 December 2019.
The dead body of Maya Verma (Sobhita Dhulipala) is missing from the Morgue. Investigating Officer (Rishi Kapoor) doubts her husband Ajay Puri (Emraan Hashmi) is the prime suspect who has most probably murdered his wife and is now trying to stop the autopsy of the body.
The investigation officer invites Ajay Puri for cross-questioning where Puri experiences several supernatural activities while he tries to communicate with his girlfriend over the phone.
