Everything seems fine until it becomes a legal matter. The film Upendra Gadi Adda revolves around such youngsters who can go to any extent to become overnight stars. Upendra Kancharla and Savithri Krishna were born and raised in a slum area. As they grew up, they faced the harsh reality of poverty and the difficulties of making ends meet. To make money, they decided to take up cheating as a means of earning a living. While this is not a desirable path to take, they felt they had no other choice but to survive in their challenging circumstances. Both Upendra and Savithri pretend to love each other but cheat each other. Later, they get separated when they learn the truth. Soon, they meet Vivek (Kireeri Damaraju), who creates social media reels and is popular on the internet. However, the life of Upendra takes a U-turn when police arrest him with serious charges.
