Movie Plot

Religion and Culture are two big problems in India. The people believe in their culture and religion blindfolded. No one ever tries to raise a question or show any curiosity to interrogate the said system.

Most people live in deception and dishonesty because of their blindfolded beliefs. The denial and deception towards life hamper the stability and growth of the people in society. These aspects also promote an alarming rise in double standards.

Bhavai highlights the above issues, which unravel the double standards of society. However, they don't believe it and live a substandard life.

The story of Bhavai (earlier Ravan Leela) takes place in Khaakhar Village. Raja Ram (Pratik Gandhi) lives in the village with big dreams in his eyes. He wants to be an actor. However, limited recourses are not allowing him to do so.

Raja Ram falls for Rani (Aindrita Ray), and the real struggles start. The duo faces obstacles due to the fake religious beliefs of villages. The rest of the film depicts the struggle of the duo and the difference between real and reel life. The film also shows the attitude of society towards anything beyond their religious beliefs.
