Movie Plot
Kishen Malhotra (Rishi Kapoor) is an eligible bachelor and a successful businessman. He lives with his mother (Sushma Seth), accompanied by his uncle Shanti Prasad (Alok Nath) and his cousin Bhanu (Mohnish Bahl), who take care of the Malhotra empire.
However, when Kishan finds that Bhanu has cheated him, he expels Bhanu from his house.
Kishan visits a village for some business prospects. Here, he meets a village girl Radha. Soon they fall in love with each other.
In the meantime, someone starts stalking Kishan, who remains unaware of the fact.
After spending quality time with Radha, Kishan returns home by telling Radha to come back soon.
However, when Kishan reaches the city, he finds his mother is dead, and his duplicate (Rishi Kapoor in a double role) is making the last rites of his mother.
Kishen tries hard to prove that he is the original Kishan Malhotra but fails to do so. Moreover, circumstances changes, and the police arrest Kishan.
On the other side, Radha waits for Kishan for a considerable time and ultimately lands in the city to meet Kishan. However, she was shocked to see Kishen with another girl in a compromising position.
Radha breaks down and plans to return to her village without knowing she has seen the duplicate one.
In the meantime, Kishan escapes from Jail meets and meets the returning Radha. Together they plan to find the identity of duplicate Kishan. And soon they find out that name of the duplicate person is Tony (Rishi Kapoor in a double role).
Who is Tony, and he has any relationship with Kishan? Whether Kishan's Mother died a natural death? Who is the mastermind behind all the gameplan? The rest of the film deals with these queries.
