Movie PlotPrashant Sharma (Anil Kapoor), popularly known as Funney Khan (Show-off or Self-Publicist), dreams of becoming a singer. However, circumstances make him a taxi driver. Lata (Pihu Sand) is the daughter of Prashant, whose name is after the famous singer Lata Mangeshkar. Prashant wants his daughter to fulfill his dream of becoming a famous singer. On the other hand, Lata has a great voice but is overweight and thus is ridiculed to become a singer. She is a fan of the famous singer Baby (Aishwarya Roy), who is tired of her life and wants a break. One day, Prashant is surprised when Baby travels by his taxi. He hatches an evil idea of kidnapping Baby and making his daughter, Lata, a singer. Prashant calls Adhir (Rajkummar Rao), his best friend, to tell him the truth and seek help. Eventually, Adhir reluctantly agrees to help him. What happens next? |
