StorySivarapalli is the Telugu version of the Hindi web Series Panchayat. The web series narrates the story of an urban engineering graduate who does not find a suitable job, whereas all his friends get a good job in the USA. Having no hope for a suitable job, he starts working as a village Panchayat Secretary.
